Personal Training
Overview
Personal training is training personally designed for you and your personal goals.
As mothers, we need to make sure we are fit and strong to keep our family moving through life as best they can by our guided help. Without mother’s being 100% well, the dynamics of the family is compromised.
Sessions
Once we have completed an initial consultation about where you are currently and where you would love to be, we can work together to determine how long a session is right for you. You can choose between ½ hr to 1 hr to make it more convenient to fit your busy schedule.
How many sessions are available per week?
As many as you like. Based on the number of training days, we can work out a specific program for your needs.
What if I’ve never exercised before?
This is exciting news as you will discover how your body will love to move and become stronger and fitter. If you have never exercised before, we will progress at your level and move to the next level when you feel comfortable with the change.
What’s the process to start, do we do measurements or an analysis?
We can start with a health check and be as in-depth as you wish from taking measurements, having fitness testing completed in order to help gauge your progress, we can refer you to further detailed analysis of your body with regards to muscle mass, bone density etc. to obtain the whole physical picture.
