Small Group Training

Overview

Become part of our small group training sessions where there is a maximum of 8 friendly women in each group. Everyone is at different stages of fitness, from beginners to intermediate, but they all have one thing in common - to achieve a new level for their own personal fitness.

Small group training can be anything from cardio and strength through the styles of Tabata, circuit, flexibility, balance, boot-camp and various others styles of group training.
